v0.9.1 - monolithic storage

monolithic mode support! monolithic mode inserts all media into the database rather than serving from the media folder. this feature also unearthed some bugs regarding inconsistent paths resulting in missing media in all modes, which has been fixed.

if you use localizr and encounter any issues, please use the issues tab to let me know! due to the nature of the program i haven't been able to test on many different blogs, so the more users, the more compatible it will be. in addition, different ages of blog archive download will be helpful for testing, as i've been testing with one from december 2018.
