The app now works with 32 bits pictures on wine
it currently won't work on wine if the input file is 24 bits in depth. the image library doesn't work to its full extent there
Updated Custom CMPR Algorithm, completed Decode Layout, and created a full layout to have custom Dolphin banner, descriptions, and titles for Gamecube BNR2 Games.
