兼容性问题咨询

我很欣赏和乐于尝试rspack，但是我负责的是C端的H5业务，我比较担心兼容性问题，毕竟用的是SWC代替babel。
能完美编译成ES5吗 ？求解答

启动后出现这个错误 Failed to resolve react/jsx-dev-runtime in typescriptx

搜了下，好像是因为我的react版本的问题吗？
我的react版本是固定的16.8
因为直接用了rspack，没有配置 babel，所以出错了？但从官网描述，这个配置已经内置了
