Compatible with Arduino IDE 1.8.19 - rudaments

Towards an Arduino IDE 1.8.19 Compatible Program

With this release (specifically esp32-ff directory) there's a rudimentary compatibility
tested with the Arduino IDE 1.8.19. Apparently this is a new effort - an oversight that
it did not give quite what was expected.

platformio compatibility in lockstep (mostly).

Have tried a plugin for ESP32FS from

`https://github.com/me-no-dev/arduino-esp32fs-plugin`

with some success.

`sudo apt-get install python-is-python3`    was required. ;)
