It seems like the tool is not looking for the module directory in the default workspace

INFO[0000] Created project for /home/atlantis/.atlantis/repos/kawatra/<>/1/default/<>/<>/<>/prod/<>/terragrunt.hcl
Error: Failed to read module directory: Module directory /home/atlantis/.atlantis/repos/kawatra/<>/1/modules/<> does not exist or cannot be read.

Seems like a bug but I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything before I report an issue.
