Remove the "Community admins will review your request" message from the community overview screen

Problem

The message Community admins will review your request is still displayed on the overview screen in communities with the required manual approval.

The issue is also reproducible for token-gated and manual approval required communities created on mobile (PR builds).

Reproduction

1. Create a community on Desktop, select Request to join required option
2. Invite Mobile user
3. Mobile user: check the community screen

Expected behavior

No Community admins will review your request message
