Doing some slicing for production parts and when I did a git pull this morning it started chopping off a portion of the infill and moving the part off center, you can check out the gcode here http://devel.lulzbot.com/TAZ/test_parts/y_ends/y_motor_mount/y_motor_mount-161s-.50noz-t.gcode and the config here http://devel.lulzbot.com/TAZ/test_parts/y_ends/y_motor_mount/y_motor_mount-1.0-161s-.50noz-t.ini

I do see the missing infill but the part looks centered to me, doesn't it to you?
Sorry, something went wrong.
When I load it into pronterface it is centered in the x-axis but is moved to the bottom 1/3 of the y-axis
Bugfix: infill was clipped badly. Includes regression test. #1245
