PWC PhoneNow Customer Churn Analysis

This Power BI dashboard analyzes customer churn in the telecom industry, with a focus on retaining customers. Key performance indicators (KPIs) have been defined to monitor customer retention and identify areas for improvement. To view the dashbord click here

Features

The dashboard includes the following features:

  • Overall customer churn rate
  • Customer lifetime value analysis, including revenue generated
  • Analysis of customer complaints and reasons for churn
  • Recommendations for improving customer retention based on the analysis alt text

Getting Started

To use this dashboard, you will need to have Power BI Desktop installed on your computer. You can open the PBIX file included in this repository to view and interact with the dashboard. You can also connect the dashboard to your own data sources to customize the analysis.

Data Sources

The data for this project was provided by PWC Virtual Internship Program provided by Forage. The data includes customer demographics, usage patterns, survey responses, and customer feedback. The data was cleaned and transformed using Power Query in Power BI Desktop to create the dashboard.
