feat + fix: Increased speed of car in controls projects to 200 MPH,

updated menu to show EKF and UKF use same scene and Run Away Car is a
Bonus Challenge, fixed timing issue in PF so that no matter what the
delay, the accuracy result doesnt change also added timing constraint of
100 seconds to finish to pass.

feat: Updating MPC project, added more waypoints on bridge, new project

picture in menu, and the function to draw track lines for displaying MPC
projections or waypoints.

fix: adding new build names to list

Fix: fixed small camera control, where zoom was only working in pause…

but now it works in run mode as well
