Revert to using pdflatex/xelatex/luatex instead of tectonic #198

  • Some templates produce slightly different output when using tectonic (XeLaTeX) vs PdfLaTeX. e.g Template1
  • Template8 requires LuaTeX. I've tried porting it to XeLaTeX by replacing \textls[75] with \addfontfeature{LetterSpace=7.9} but I wasn't confident enough that it was producing the exact same output.

I've added instructions for installing LaTeX via TinyTeX, which should be easier than installing the full LaTeX distribution. You might notice that instruction for Windows is missing, but I'm planning to add it once TinyTeX provides a PowerShell installation script.
