This repository contains the instruction needed to set up a development instance
of taiga in a vagrant box on Fedora 29.

Customize vagrant
-----------------

To configure vagrant not to ask for your password at every command, create
``/etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/libvirt.pkla`` on your host with the
following contents, substituting ``yourname`` with your own username::

   [Allow yourname libvirt management permissions]
   Identity=unix-user:yourname
   Action=org.libvirt.unix.manage
   ResultAny=yes
   ResultInactive=yes
   ResultActive=yes

Get it running
--------------

* build the vagrant image::

    vagrant up

* go into it::

    vagrant ssh

* Get into the taiga-back clone::

    cd taiga-back

* Create the virtualenv (only needed the first time)::

    pipenv sync --dev

* Start the virtualenv::

    pipenv shell

* Populate the database with some data (only needed the first time)::

    python manage.py migrate --noinput
    python manage.py loaddata initial_user
    python manage.py loaddata initial_project_templates
    python manage.py compilemessages
    python manage.py collectstatic --noinput

* Run the server::

    python manage.py runserver
