@uekerman this is ready for review. I guess you would be interested to see the config and get a sense of the changes. Most of the Markdown files I "fixed" already in https://github.com/precice/tutorials/commits/develop |

Similarly to precice/openfoam-adapter#169, this adds a GitHub action to check Markdown files for common issues and another GitHub action to check for dead links.
Following a decision we recently had, this replaces all relative links to precice.org with static ones.
