To build the Docker container:

bash build.sh

To run the container:

bash run.sh

Then navigate to 127.0.0.1:8888/lab (or replace 127.0.0.1 with your server IP address) within a webbrowser. The notebook and associated files will live within /rapids/notebooks/forecasting.
