- The previous link was just redirecting the contributor to the "Submitting an issue" section where nothing about "Feature Request" is discussed explicitly. - Added two more links which would enable the contributor to request a feature directly by filling out the feature form. Also instructed on how to request a feature by raising a New Issue in the repo.
