show better progress during startup

feature request:
the startup process takes some (long) time - especially the nextcloud container

Describe the solution you'd like

it would be helpful to show a progress bar
may be it's possible to record the last startup duration as a benchmark.

Additional context

looking at the log it seems the startup process pauses 30 seconds between each step - may be just my phantasy. ???
in total around 30 Minutes to start the container.

Looks like your firewal blocks acces to your domain from inside the network or e.g. the router does not support nat loopback. See https://github.com/nextcloud/all-in-one?tab=readme-ov-file#how-can-i-access-nextcloud-locally for a workaround

I stopped the ubuntu firewall UFW for now, - this solved the problem

Same thing happening to me. I'm using Debian. UFW already disabled but still happening.
