kbuild: do not pass $(objtree) to scripts/mkmakefile

Since $(objtree) is always '.', it is not useful to pass it to scripts/mkmakefile. I assume nobody wants to run this script directly. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <[email protected]>
