Goals

Ensure the code is using the latest WinRT API.

Technical Details

  • Update external windows.devices.nearobject.winmd file.
  • Update CLI code to conform to new WinRT API by replacing use of INearObjectIdentityToken with IBuffer.

Test Results

Tested against simulator driver on recent Windows build.

Checklist

  • Build target all compiles cleanly.
  • clang-format and clang-tidy deltas produced no new output.
  • Newly added functions include doxygen-style comment block.
