Goals

Avoid unused code/projects.

Technical Details

  • Remove all of the WinRT service-based projects as they will be implemented elsewhere instead.

Test Results

  • Ensured the all build target still builds successfully.

Checklist

  • Build target all compiles cleanly.
  • clang-format and clang-tidy deltas produced no new output.
  • Newly added functions include doxygen-style comment block.
