Remaining issues before 0.8.0 release

Not entirely finished features

• make a state pattern for the brush tool (related to Ideas about tools (0.6.x to 0.8.0) #260 Allow to add more brushes and pencils  #116 )
  • integrate the airbrush in it
  • integrate the straight nips in it
    • [ ] design icons for nib orientations 0.8.1
  • fix support for "erase" mode
  • fix support for "source" mode
• disable the blur mode
  • and add the censoring tool (Replace the "blur" mode with a simple censoring tool #329 but it's not really in the release notes so it may be descoped)
• persist more tool options?
  • Split persisted settings in several files #346 refactoring
  • text background Some font settings aren't saved on exit #340
  • shape filling
• better UX to present changes when new version Better present new features to the user #347

Other minor problems

• the "eraser" icon could look more like adwaita's 'edit-clear-all-symbolic'
• jumps when the selection is defined by an "undo"
• [ ] motion events on the minimap (Provide realtime feedback to the user when moving the preview #318 ) 0.8.1

Releasing process

• update the translations completion percentages
• gaphor diagrams
• merge Flatpak: CI & improvements  #319

• update the readme and the website text
