thp: documentation: 'transparent_hugepage=' can also be specified on …

…cmdline

The behavior of THP can either be toggled through sysfs in runtime or
using a kernel cmdline parameter 'transparent_hugepage='.  Document the
latter in kernel-parameters.txt
