Added a sub-section to show that the "true" FSVI objective using the equivalence class formulation is principled VI towards the posterior distribution of equivalence classes.

Updated abstract, introduction, and conclusion accordingly.

This contribution was there between the lines but not sufficiently explicit, which I have realized after discussing with Tim Rudner.
