Proposed change

While troubleshooting an issue with the repairs flow for zwave_js, I noticed that the length of the title is long enough to cut off the actual device name which makes it potentially hard to know what the issue is about. Since issues/repairs have the integration logo next to it, we don't need to mention Z-Wave in the title. I also repeated the text in the body just in case.

I am not sure how else to shorten the title without either losing information or not using a full word (e.g. config) but I am open to ideas.
