A simple sdb (Application Compatibility Database) packer. It is intended for creating EMET style sdb which utilize the Windows Shim Engine to load additional Shim DLLs. Please note that the project will require VS2013 and boost library to build.
Usage:
sdb_test in.xml out.sdb
The sample.xml is provided as an example for your convenience.
