fix(ecam): fix gross weight being shown without engines running

• Observe gross weight value showing

Testing Process:
Spawned C/D at KLAX.
I started the aircraft as in to get ready for a flight.
I loaded some PAX from an earlier flight and loaded a lot of fuel.
GW on ECAM was not shown but saw the Blue " - - " followed by KG in blue (cyan) as well.
Once I started the engines, it took a second or two for the GW to populate in green.
I then shut off the engine and once it reached a certain level the " - - " in blue(cyan) populated again not showing the GW.

Negatives:
N/A

Testing Results:
Passed.

Conclusions:
Working as described.
