The aim is to digitize the process of reporting malfunctions and resolving them between users of technological devices within the organization and the IT department, and to enable the storage of the transaction history on a device-specific basis. This includes transitioning from a physical environment (such as writing petition) to a digital platform, where the entire process can be recorded and tracked.
