PAYARA-3121 Jersey Crashes for EJB Classes of Same Name

When Jersey endpoints annotated with @Stateless have the same name, the second one deployed won't load and throws the following exception:

Hi, I did not approve this pull request as we believe that any PR that is changing a code should be covered by tests. While this PR has no test, I should be looked more deeply into it. While the Jakarta EE is to be released, we prioritize a work on the release, as this PR is not a subject of the release, yet.
