display: Add qrtr client interface and modify vm interface.

1. Add qrtr client interface to interact with libqrtrclient.so
   which abstracts the communication mechanism for the client to
   communicate with qrtr server in the other VM
2. Add version control for vm interface and move display type
  definition from vm extn interface to vm base interface
