This script downloads a YouTube video with a resolution of 720p using the PyTube library. The video URL and the location where the video will be saved are specified in the script. A progress bar is displayed during the download process.
Before you begin, ensure you have met the following requirements:
- You have installed Python 3.6 or later.
- You have installed the PyTube library. You can install this using pip:
pip install pytube
To use the script, follow these steps:
- Open the script in a text editor.
- Replace the
video_url
variable with the URL of the YouTube video you want to download. - Replace the
save_path
variable with the location where you want to save the video. - Save the script and run it from the command line: pip install pytube
The script will download the video and save it at the specified location. If the video is available in 720p resolution, a progress bar will be displayed during the download process. If the video is not available in 720p resolution, an error message will be displayed.
