Separated out each command into an individual codeblock so someone following the guide can click the "copy" button that shows up to the right. Cleaned up section headers and bullet points to match new codeblocks.
separated video and readme/guide links as well as added more descriptive titles to said links

I did not change any content in the guide, I simply cleaned up links to be more descriptive, and updated the formatting in the OCI section so users can click on the "copy" button on each individual code block.
