Simpler config

Changes:

• Instead of various target paths only single targetDir is needed.
• Sprite height is now automatic. The config.row was removed.

PNG & SVG Sprite Sheets

Changes to 1.1.1:

• mode config parameter
• Able to generate SVG sprite sheets that use CSS background method
