Refresh ansible config from git flag #52

There is currently no refresh of anaible or other configuration information from Github when the update script is run.

There needs to be a flag / option that allows the user to request a refresh from Github as part of the update process.

Provide ability for installer/deps to be updated

The `-u` switch enables a git pull before invoking ansible to ensure
the latest data is applied.

Details of changes which are proposed to be applied are now more
throughly highlighted to sysyem administrators.
