Lossy Opus as a real-time audio effect plugin.
This Rust project was a work-in-progress and never released as a download. During development, I tested the plugin with Ableton 11 on Windows.
The source code in this project is a derivative of sample code in vst3-sys, which is itself a derivative work of vst3sdk.
