HappyConsensus is about implementing Consensus monitoring and exposing that in our network state monitoring solution.

At the moment, there are only a small number of Consensus (bookkeeper) nodes and this has remained unchanged.

However, later in 2018, this will change with an election process and it will be important to expose this information.
