- Service for adapter to add a triggertype.
- Dispatch of a triggerinstance leads to rule lookup and exexution of an action.
- All objects like trigger, triggerinstance, ruleenforcement and rule can be seen via rest for validation.
- Rule and Action should be setup externally.
