Support of IP-addresses

In this release we focused on updating dependencies and supporting IP-addresses. Now it's possible to add IP-addresses as exceptions.

Signed add-on release

In this release we focused on resolving a bug which is related to the URLs in the warning dialogue. This is the first release which is signed by Mozilla.
