This githib repository contains the codes for the paper titled, "Automated Clustering of High-dimensional Data with a Feature Weighted Mean Shift Algorithm", published in AAAI 2021. The codes are written in R programming language.
The codes can be run by copying the file "functions.R" to the working directory and adding it as source. An example on how to run the code is given in "example run.R".
