Prepare for 2.4.0 by doing lots of stuff

* Added several user-end comments in master.theme.css
* Shortened several variables, reducing size by thousands of characters
* Two new variables, for avatar and server icon border-radius
* Changed default border-radius for avatars and servers to 20%
* Fix macOS window buttons
* Optimized the home icon SVGs (58% decrease)
* Optimized the wordmark SVGs (12% and 28% decrease)
* Removed D+ text in Settings, since it hogs up important app info
* Removed extra info at the bottom since it no longer works
* Removed Citador support as Discord has its own quote feature
* Removed ServerFolders support because Discord has its own folders
* Removed TitleForTitlebar support as the plugin no longer works
* Changed theme.css hosting to GitHub Pages for performance
