Request:
During a CI/CD pipeline, generate the Abstract Syntax Tree (AST), make any required transformations, and then transmit it to a central system capable of assembling the permission components/matrices with other metadata systems.

Solution:
Create an action that generates Abstract Syntax Tree (AST) of the schema.
