If yes, I'll look into configuring automatic nightly builds for macOS.

I've made Travis build test-release-build-on-travis branch just to be able to test the whole nightly build flow without merging everything into master first.

I seems to be working: http://downloads.openmw.org/osx/nightly/
The only concern is FTP uploading time, it took ~13 mins to upload the DMG.
