Assembles T16 assembly into machine code
Throughput 16 is a 16-bit processor with the aim of using SIMD vectors to increase throughput. T16 will also form a base to learn and implememt a superscalar architecture in the future.
WIP: Will make the repo public once I have hit version 1.0.0 (usable). For now check out s16
