Moodle - report ID-check

Added a number of additional columns to the standard completion report.

• Only show report if questionpopup is added to the course.
• Add answer of questionpopup
• Add coursecompletion status

Installation

1. Copy this plugin to the report\idcheck folder on the server
2. Login as administrator
3. Go to Site Administrator > Notification
4. Install the plugin
