Project that shows behaviour of config client defaulting to localhost:8888 when discovery & config servers not contactable in eureka first discovery.

In the root folder run the following command which will build you docker images for you:
$ ./gradlew clean buildDockerNote: You need to run the above command in a docker quickstart terminal.
After that you can bring up the images using docker-compose:
$ docker-compose upIt can be hard to follow the logs as all three services output at the same time so you can possibly use Kitematic to look at the individual logs for the sample-service. When run you can see entries like the following when the discovery and config servers are still coming up):
