  • Improve formatting to make markdown linters happy (e.g. surrounding headings and lists by blank lines, removing hard tabs, adding specific languages to fenced code, etc).
  • Move extranlly linked images to the images folder within the html directory so that they won't get lost if links become invalid.
  • Add 12 new questions.
