Hamming Weight - LowEntropy

The idea of this realise is to try to directly address the problem of random number generation with weak entropy. We will try to strengthen the generation of random numbers by making the subsequent usage process insecure, which can cause certain security problems.

On the other hand, we will try to emulate the Hamming weights by integrating them into the generated entropy in order to derive this first created base by means of different algorithms.
