Fix for Windows 10
Changes
- Tracks don't get loaded from the web any more because the lastfm api is broken
- Update CSCore & json.net
- If Hurricane is hidden, it doesn't appear in the alt+tab menu

- With the update for CSCore comes Windows 10 compatibility
