导致很多网页乱码，得重新手动指定编码

打开网页经常是乱码，然后需要手动把网页编码设置从默认改成UTF-8才能解决问题

FeHelper不会自动设置网页编码集，你可以尝试禁用一下FeHelper，再打开这些乱码的网页，是否是正常的？
