  1. Fix screen flickering due to 1c3078e

get_script() currently determines whether a buffer b is listed through
"b.options['buflisted']". Apparently using the Mapping object ".options"
this way triggers a redraw when there are multiple open buffers.
Directly calling `buflisted()` on `b.number` avoids this problem.
