Flexslider and Vimeo – video continuous in the background

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with Flexslider on my webpage. If you start a vimeo video in a slideshow and change the slide, the video is still running in the background and does not pause or stop. I already tried to implement the code and vimeo API I found here but it did not work:

Since I'm new to Javascript can anyone explain me where to place the js in my web page files and which libraries I need? That's my problem here: http://tinyurl.com/o7fsoc8

By now FlexSlider really should have built-in support for Vimeo and YouTube. It's a very common request by users to be able to embed videos in the slider and have them auto pause when the slide changes.

Is there a solution to this? Having trouble getting the vimeo code (found in flexslider docs) to pause when slide is advanced.
