This is the largest issue. Not clear at all how to configure this Json.
This section need detail description for each param user need to set.
I left it like this:
"build": "xcodebuild -project ios/example.xcodeproj -scheme example -configuration Debug -sdk iphonesimulator -derivedDataPath ios/build",

And didn't got that need change example to my project name, it's not evident
