Custom component for Home Assistant to integrate data from Aigues de Barcelona
Data wrangling, statistical analysis, and data visualization done in R as contribution to the publication "Effects of Climate Change on Temperature and Oxygen Stratification of Mid-latitude Reservoirs" (forthcoming). Work completed in collaboration with Dr. Paul Bukaveckas at VCU.

Home Assistant integration to fetch utilities consumption data from Brunata Online
This project involves using an Arduino to monitor flow rate using a sensor connected to an Ethernet shield. The data is processed and sent to an MQTT server every five minutes. The project leverages NTP (Network Time Protocol) for time synchronization and ensures accurate and timely data transmission.

Analysis and visualization of water monitoring data collected at VCU's Rice River Center. The script models chlorophyll A concentrations as function of different temperature-based ratios (e.g., temp:discharge) using OLS linear regression, as well as one nonlinear model. Work done in support of Dr. Paul Bukaveckas' lab at VCU.
Code to compare and visualize microcystin levels in several Virginia reservoirs. Includes box whisker and scatter plots to highlight monthly variations and compare littoral versus lacustrine concentrations. I prepared this at the request of Dr. Paul Bukaveckas (VCU Center for Environmental Studies).
